We are a community supported fishery. When you sign up you can choose to pay for four, eight, or twelve weeks at a time. You may also choose a weekly or bi-weekly delivery. If you are going on vacation or need to skip a week, you may place your account on vacation hold through the Farmigo system. All vacation holds must be entered two days prior to your delivery day. Customers who subscribe to the Fillet Full share ($40) will receive a weekly portion of one kid of seafood that will comfortably feed four people. For fish this means two pounds of skin-on fillet, and for oysters this means three dozen. We will also be delivering squid, sardines, crayfish and mussels. For these items, the portion will be 3-4 pounds depending on the size of the individual pieces. A half share ($20) will comfortably feed two people.
While we will attempt to provide a schedule in advance, we will be at the mercy of the weather and substitutions may be necessary. The seafood you receive will be fresh and gorgeous. Anna works in the facility that will be filleting and trucking the fish. She will have the opportunity to inspect the deliveries before they are sent out for pick-up. She is meticulous AND pushy. Her staff simply adores her.
Your deliveries will be packaged in a plastic bag. Please bring a small cooler and ice pack with you to pick up. Our drop hosts will not be able to package your share for you and fish needs to be kept at 40F or lower to keep the flesh firm.
Recipes and tips for how to prepare, and in some cases, break down that week’s delivery will be posted on this website and our Facebook page, along with some information about the fishermen or farmers that brought in our catch.
