Each package contains 18 oysters. Farmed locally and among the best oysters on the west coast. These little beauties are small with a deep cup and full meat. They strike a great balance between briny and sweet.

About 30% of ling cod are some shade of blue, ranging from light blue to deep turquoise. All fish turn bright white when cooked. This fish was caught using hook and line method and landed in Fort Bragg, CA.
